Delivery, Return, and Exchange Policy for Alrawnaq Perfume Online Store

General Terms:

• Return or exchange requests must be submitted within a maximum of 3 days from the date the customer receives the product.
• The products to be exchanged or returned must be in their original condition, unopened or unused, and in their original packaging.
• The product’s codes or serial numbers on the package must be intact and the package must not be damaged.
• The gifts that come with the product at purchase must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

Returns and Refunds:

• In case of a return, if the payment was made in cash upon delivery, the order amount will be refunded via bank transfer to the customer’s account, provided that the return period does not exceed 14 days from the payment date.
• For payments made via credit card or Mada card, the refund will be issued to the same account from which the transaction was made, provided that the return period does not exceed 14 days from the payment date.

Exceptions:

• Special blends, used products, oil blends and perfumes, incense wood, and products not sealed with safety packaging cannot be exchanged or returned.
• The customer bears all shipping costs associated with the exchange and return.

Non-refundable Fees:

• Delivery fees, cash-on-delivery fees, and gift-wrapping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

International Orders:

• Orders sent outside the country cannot be exchanged or returned.

Steps for Exchange or Return:

2. The customer will be contacted within 48 hours to arrange the procedure.

• Please provide a clear address to ensure quick delivery.
